The Dorothy Delivery Bag: When you sign up for Home Delivery, we will give you a sturdy bag for your dirty garments. Your driver will leave another one for you each time he/she picks up your clothes.

Custom Delivery Locations: You tell us where to pick up and deliver your clothes, whether it’s in your breezeway, the garage or with the concierge. Remember, it's best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.

Personalized Care Instructions: Each bag comes with a care instruction pouch and your Personal Account Representative’s business card. The pouch includes a garment checklist and an area to include any special instructions for garment care. Once you give us your instructions for general care, we will enter it in our database, so we always know how you want your garments cleaned. This pouch will then only be needed for any future “special” care instructions.

No-Hassle Payments: There is no wait to pay and no fee for delivery. We will automatically charge your credit card for your cleaning.

Free Delivery – No Minimum Orders: If Drycleaning by Dorothy services your area, we will happily come to your home, no matter how small your order. We do not require a minimum price for our delivery service. Call 800-335-0567 to find out if we service your area at this time.

Q. What type of bag should I put my clothes in for pick-up?
A. As part of our personalized service, we will provide you with a sturdy Drycleaning by Dorothy Home Delivery Service Bag at no charge. If you do not have a Dorothy Home Delivery Bag, just leave your dry cleaning in a plastic bag in your usual drop off location. Please be sure to mark "Dry Cleaning for Drycleaning by Dorothy" on the bag in large letters. Your driver will pick it up and leave a Dorothy Home Delivery Bag for your next order.
Q. Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
A. No. There is no need to be home to use the service. Your driver will service your pre-designated location.
Q. How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
A. Your schedule will be arranged when you sign up for your home delivery account.
Q. How do I pay for your service?
A. Your cleaning will be charged directly to your credit card.
Q. How do I tell Drycleaning by Dorothy about a special request for garment care?
A. Simply fill out the special instructions form in the delivery bag care instructions pouch or feel free to insert a detailed note identifying the specific garment (including color, fabric type and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning instructions. Q. How can I be sure I get all my garments back?
A. Your garment care instruction pouch contains a carbon copy garment checklist. Simply check off what’s in the bag and keep a copy for your records. If there is any discrepancy between what you have checked off and what’s in the bag, we will immediately contact you.
